  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Orders to the contiguous United States are estimated to be delivered within 5-7 days of shipment. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks.

  • Your email confirmation will include tracking information. If you are unable to locate your tracking information you can request it from our customer service team at contact@northshoresunglasses.com

    We are not liable for packages that show that they have been delivered but have not been received.

  • We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover, as well as AfterPay.

  • We are focused on providing superior quality sunglasses that are made to last. All sunglasses are made from premium quality cellulose acetate. Our sunglass lenses are polarized, provide UVA/UVB protection, and are scratch resistant.

  • Your purchase includes a 3 month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover lost items, natural wear and tear including scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect.

    A warranty claim offers a replacement for the original item and not an exchange.

  • Our system is configured to process your order right away, so we may be unable to cancel your order. If you placed the order within 2 hours, we may be able to make changes, please email us at contact@northshoresunglasses.com.

    If you have already received tracking information, please contact the shipping company directly if you need to attempt an address change.

  • We’re sorry you didn’t love your order! Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. We aim to provide a smooth delivery process for our customers.

    Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

    The postage cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer.
